Went to Brandfon, my local Honda dealer, for a regular oil change. Actually, it wasn't a "regular" change, in fact, but one that I was reminded to take by a polite e-mail from Brandfon that I was overdue oil change. Actually, it wasn't a "regular" change, in fact, but one that I was reminded to take by a polite e-mail from Brandfon that I was overdue for an oil change (I was). I called Service to make an appointment and got my first choice. When I arrived I waited for all of 2-3 minutes for assistance (no one was sitting around idly, I just happened to be the third person in line at that time). Randy Newton took care of me, listened to my needs, looked up an online coupon that Brandfon had sent to me, and then offered me a different but very reasonable price since the car I was bringing in was not included in the offer (I missed that detail). He also entered in my concern about a loose bolt on the passenger seat and offered a free alignment check with the service. The oil change was done very quickly but it turns out that our wheels were out of line. That repair, also reasonably priced, was tended to while I waited. That took a bit longer but since the waiting area at Brandfon is so nice--and has free wifi--I was able to get a lot of work done in the time that I waited. Excellent. When the car was ready payment was fast and easy. The car was waiting for me out front and the loose bolt on the passenger seat rail was taken care of, no charge. It wouldn't have been much if they had charged me but it was nice to know that I wasn't going to be nickeled and dimed by Brandfon. This is why I keep coming back. Great service. Very professional. Oh, and when I walked to the front of the dealer to get to my car I was welcomed with a freshly washed Honda. Nice touch. More

The friendliness and professionalism of Randy Newton. I haven't dealt with sales here, but have had my Honda Accord serviced here a few times. Randy in the service department is a genuinely honest, friendly and helpful adviser. I was just in to have my rear brakes replaced and was in and out in 45 minutes. Much less than I expected considering I didn't have an appointment. I really enjoyed my experience at Brandfon Honda. I've been to a few Honda dealerships and this one is by far the best. He was very informative but didn't pressure us to have anything done to the car. Since we only have one car, they offered a shuttle back to our apartment and then back to the dealership when the car was ready! Also Randy worked to get us the best price. They said the car would be done in 90 minutes and it was...on the dot! Not to mention they washed it for us, too. Thanks, Randy and Brandfon! More

From the time we bought our first Honda Fit just over 2 years ago and then our 2nd one 8 months ago we have had nothing but high praises for both the sales and service depts. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brandfon Honda to anyone. I just had our newer vehicle serviced this afternoon and they had me in and out in a short period of time.
