I glorify the great job of the manager Earl Mastr and service's agent Ramdy Newton. Earl, as a manager, takes a nice care of his department, demanding responsibility and a high standard of quality of service's agent Ramdy Newton. Earl, as a manager, takes a nice care of his department, demanding responsibility and a high standard of quality of the support of his department. In addition to an extremely benevolant atitude to the customer, Earl creats a nice atmosphere of trust to the service at Brandon Honda. He is always among the customers in a waiting room, asking them how they feelor whether they have questions. Such service always attracts people to this place from the different part of the Connecticut. People come here not only for emergency, but also for the fundamental repairing their cars, prolonging their longivity. I also impressed by Ramdy Newton's job, who is always either at his service desk or tslking to the customers at the waiting room. His serious attitude to the needs of the customers, working in unity with technicians, bring the results: to aquire the highest level of the service. His responsibilities to his duties and care of the customer's need awaken trust to his personality and hope that all the problems will be solved succeessfully. I am a customer, whose Honda Civic (1992, is on the service at this place more than ten years. This car is a member of my family. With the help of the technical support its longivity will be extended: it runs like new. The success of both Earl's and Ramny's job will bring the wishing fruits. Be very afraid Don't walk, run away from this dealer. They could not possibly be less interested in doing a good job or caring about how the customer is treated. Went to Brandfon, my local Honda dealer, for a regular oil change. Actually, it wasn't a "regular" change, in fact, but one that I was reminded to take by a polite e-mail from Brandfon that I was overdue oil change. Actually, it wasn't a "regular" change, in fact, but one that I was reminded to take by a polite e-mail from Brandfon that I was overdue for an oil change (I was). I called Service to make an appointment and got my first choice. When I arrived I waited for all of 2-3 minutes for assistance (no one was sitting around idly, I just happened to be the third person in line at that time). Randy Newton took care of me, listened to my needs, looked up an online coupon that Brandfon had sent to me, and then offered me a different but very reasonable price since the car I was bringing in was not included in the offer (I missed that detail). He also entered in my concern about a loose bolt on the passenger seat and offered a free alignment check with the service. The oil change was done very quickly but it turns out that our wheels were out of line. That repair, also reasonably priced, was tended to while I waited. That took a bit longer but since the waiting area at Brandfon is so nice--and has free wifi--I was able to get a lot of work done in the time that I waited. Excellent. When the car was ready payment was fast and easy. The car was waiting for me out front and the loose bolt on the passenger seat rail was taken care of, no charge. It wouldn't have been much if they had charged me but it was nice to know that I wasn't going to be nickeled and dimed by Brandfon. This is why I keep coming back. Great service. Very professional. Oh, and when I walked to the front of the dealer to get to my car I was welcomed with a freshly washed Honda. Nice touch. More
