Randy is friendly and knowledgeable. He knows what the car needs and tells you in plain language what is required to keep it in top condition. I go to this dealer for service exclusively, and although I car needs and tells you in plain language what is required to keep it in top condition. I go to this dealer for service exclusively, and although I may pay more for the work (other than oil changes), it always is done right and without delay. And, the quality of the parts is what keeps the car 100% a Honda. One thing I don't like is the $500+ delivery charge on a new car. Make sure you factor that in when you negotiate price. More

Rude and selfish dealership I purchased a Honda Clarity. Not through Brandfon, but a close by Honda dealership. I asked if I can have my service done there since is it so conveni I purchased a Honda Clarity. Not through Brandfon, but a close by Honda dealership. I asked if I can have my service done there since is it so conveniently next door to my job. I go there in the morning to drop off and set up my car with ChargePoint the charging station. I pay ChargePoint and Honda turns off the electricity. I asked why and they said it’s a private charge and I am not allowed to use it. The owner or manager was very rude. Also they don’t hand out receipts for oil changes. Won’t be taking my business there anymore More

Just bought my 8th Honda from Brandfon. Worked again with Joanne Panzo to figure out what would be the best replacement for my 2014 Accord. Billy handled the closing paperwork efficiently, informatively and pleasantly. I had a chance to spend some time with Wes and he seems like a terrific young sales associate. Also had a chance to chat with Corey Brandfon and it seems like the future is in very good hands. But the service department as much as anything keeps bringing me back to Brandfon. Randy and the rest of the service team are always friendly, informative and efficient. More
