I had recently reached my 30,000 mile mark...yes it has taken me 7 years but t The basic service requested was an oil change for my 2010 Honda Accord. I had recently reached my 30,000 mile mark...yes it has taken me 7 years but that's what happens when you retire. The service area is always clean and quiet. The service folks always polite and informative. Waiting for my car in their recently remodeled showroom if very comfortable. Other than having several different music stations....the wait was tolerable. I always bring a good book with me. The only suggestion I would have has nothing to do with service, which really is the main concern. I would suggest they pick one source for music and not have two different sources besides the audio from Honda commercials on the screens around the seats and the tv. More

Ripoff! They charged me $525 for a $100 dollar part. Labor cost was probably reasonable. low tire pressure light on I brought my car in because the low tire light was on. A screw was found in one tire. The tire was repaired and balanced and all other tires were ad I brought my car in because the low tire light was on. A screw was found in one tire. The tire was repaired and balanced and all other tires were adjusted. It was then road tested till the low pressure light went off. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the service. More

Honest Very grateful for honest advisor and Handa warranty! Had to have car serviced when traveling out of state and had it done at another dealer. After experiencing the top-notch customer service from Brandfon, I severed ties with "my" dealership and am now a loyal customer of Brandfon. Hope they do not disappoint...Note: could not select two reasons for visit on this form. Had two reasons for visit - sales and service. More
