I took my car in for a regular oil change today and tire rotation. The price is great for both services, 19.99 for a Honda oil change! I had service done at Branfond Honda and from the moment I arrived the service advisor, Randy Newton, handled all of my car needs with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge that should se I arrived the service advisor, Randy Newton, handled all of my car needs with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge that should set as the standard of what customer service should be. I had brought my car in at 9 a.m. on a weekday for it's service, which can be a very busy time, and the service was completed and car washed in roughly a little more than an hour. I had told them I was crammed for time with work and I believe they did everything they could to get me out on the road again in a timely manner. It portrayed a solid example of how important their customers are to them in accommodating to their needs. This all started and ended with Randy.
