The personnel were ready at the scheduled appointment time - I did not need to wait in line for a service representative to work with me. During the service check, only what was scheduled was included. T time - I did not need to wait in line for a service representative to work with me. During the service check, only what was scheduled was included. The representative checked whether there were any other services needed, but did not try to sell me items that I did not need. The waiting room was pleasant, although the internet access appeared to be down. Periodically, someone would come by and ask if anyone had any issues or needed transportation. The job was completed on time and on the estimate provided initially. Throughout the process, everyone was polite and considerate. It was a pleasure having the service done at Brandfon Honda. More

I visited the dealership on a Saturday for seervice which was convenient as I did not have to lose time from work. I was greeted & my car taken immediately. There are a lot of reasons why I like this place. Everybody I have dealt with, from Bob, the salesperson ( when I bought the car), Randy, the guy I always seem to connect with in service and everyone Everybody I have dealt with, from Bob, the salesperson ( when I bought the car), Randy, the guy I always seem to connect with in service and everyone else has been a total pleasure to do business with. Even the look of the place is appealing. It reminds me of the Mercedes dealership I used to know in Los Angeles where I used to wash windows when I was young. The kind of place that seems like I can't afford it...but I can! I love that there is a shuttle that will take me back and forth from home while the car is being serviced. Weeeee!!!! Gotta love that. And even before I knew about the shuttle, I would stay on the premises, connect for free to the internet and do my work. Even if you forget your laptop, they have a computer there in the waiting area you can use. There's cafe table seating, a more loungey area and also a desk if you need it. Seriously, its the most painless automotive purchase and service experience I have ever known. More
