Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in every aspect of purchasing a Lexus. The showroom was very comfortable and clean with plenty of seating options. Randy was terrific. Very knowledgeable and patient! My only complaint is that you charged me $12 for a tube of touch-up paint as I was leaving. I just spent $40,000, Very knowledgeable and patient! Also, since we need a cable to use Apple play, why not include a complementary cable in each car (They're $2 on EBAY)? More
