WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN GETTING A NEW VEHICLE ON THE SPOT. Randy helped me make a decision in getting my new car. I had trouble deciding the type and had to replace my old 2003 Kia Optima that had 170,000 mile Randy helped me make a decision in getting my new car. I have always had great service at the repair and service center, but knew I needed to let the old one go. All my questions were answered after doing test drives in 4 different vehicles. More

Beyond Expectations Car buying can be very tense because you don't really know who you are going to be spending a long time with at any car dealership. When I arrived I w Car buying can be very tense because you don't really know who you are going to be spending a long time with at any car dealership. When I arrived I was expecting a pushing salesman that only cared about numbers. With Randy R. he made me feel important, he told me that he would answer any questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out the answer. He listened to what I told him I was looking for in a vehicle. Although I was there for quite some time Randy was patient with me, showed me he was very knowledgeable in the 2 vehicles I was looking at. I can tell that Randy was an honest man and he worked hard to make this purchase possible. God has really blessed Randy by seeing and listening to him. This was probably the best experience that we have had with a face to face person ever. He got us a great deal on our KIA Soul. He even helped with bringing it around and getting it ready after the final purchase so that we would not have to wait! We started out the day with a Honda in mind and no plans to actually buy but here we are with a brand new 2017 KIA that we are able to enjoy and in a range that we could afford! I think that the entire KIA team went above and beyond anything that we could have hoped for! More
