I came onto the lot, timid and nervous of the pressure I get at most car dealerships. But determined to look, I went. I was visiting family in Florida when my vehicle broke down. I called Hyundai of St. Augustine not only did they get my vehicle towed there, they fixed what they could but it needed motor work so I asked down. We initially went to the dealership and spoke w/Jimmy about our '09 Corolla trade-in. He gave us an honest and fair estimate. Then my husband and I went back a few days later and met with Frank initiall about our '09 Corolla trade-in. He gave us an honest and fair estimate. Then my husband and I went back a few days later and met with Frank initially and went on a test drive. Then we met with Jimmy and closed the deal on a new 2011 Sonata. We had done our homework and we knew we had secured a good deal. We then met with Randy Selph to finish some paperwork. We planned on picking up the new car the next day. SINCE MY SISTER WAS HAVING SURGERY THE NEXT DAY, RANDY OFFERED TO DELIVER THE NEW CAR TO OUR HOME AND PICK UP OUR TRADE-IN. THIS WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. RANDY ARRIVED WITH OUR NEW CAR AND GAVE US A DEMONSTRATION OF THE WORKINGS OF THE NEW SONATA. Hyundai can be proud of the employees working at Hyundai of St. Augustine dealtership.
