Trade In Experience This review is primarily for dealership. We have purchased 5 Toyotas there, we think. We service there. We love so many things through the years. Avalon from Clayton Bailley, though could not get to him for this one. Randy S. was at the door when we came in to meet up with Clayton, who got delayed with a customer and is really now in used cars, and he told Randy to proceed. We knew what we would do, so sat down and placed order for Rav 4 Hybrid. The delivery was 2 1/2 months, so we know we lucked out compared to some waiting since March for a Rav 4. We would normally never trade in a car this soon, as we drive the heck out of Toyotas. Sarah is doing most of driving and is short and needed the heighth. We think we will love this car. Have a bit to learn about Technology of it. Do not like sound it makes when stops and starts, keep thinking there is a siren in distance. Will discuss with Randy. VERY disappointed in the $$ got for Avalon. Expected to get to talk to Frank Molle if we had an issue, but he was not there and timing was tough for us. David Fisher had suggested that. Knew that since the Avalon had front end bash - from Sarah hitting accelerator instead of brake - that it would be lower, but no movement at all for price of car. We ended up paying 2,000 more than we had hoped. In Molle collision, I had told Robert (whom we think is perfect at that job) that the car would soon be yours to sell, so be sure to do it perfectly. I misunderstood how the payments we were making to Toyota went out of our bank, So I think they will get an extra 533.29 this month. I thought Finance was stopping it, but wasn't how it was set up at bank. We love the service department. Very good connects made with sales also! We love it all - just big disappointment in our purchase yesterday. We will get over it. We certainly send Everyone we can to you. thanks, Sarah & Gene Lowry More

Good experience in every way Salesman was extremely easy to talk to and was happy to go the extra mile to try and get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price that fit my budget. Salesman was extremely easy to talk to and was happy to go the extra mile to try and get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price that fit my budget. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't try to put pressure on me to buy before I was comfortable. The finance guy was very efficient and even went over and above to get me a better interest rate. This is my first Toyota and I'm hoping it lives up to it's reputation for quality and reliability, and that the Molle service team is as great as the salesman I had. More

We were offered a very fair deal for our trade in. He was very clear about what we were buying and walked us through the technology in our new car before we left the lot. The finance person was equally straightforward. Very clear about the financing and our options for extended service options. I have never purchased an extended service contract because the finance people come off to me as snake oils salespeople. He was also refreshing. Sorry I can’t remember his name. This is our second RAV 4 and we did not go back to our previous dealership because we felt that they were underhanded and we left them feeling kind of screwed. More

For more long term service the vehicle can be left over night. Shuttle service is available if your vehicle is to be left for extended service.
