I had an appointment that was scheduled out a week in advance. During the scheduling they advised me to scheduled for a Wednesday or Thursday to have the specialty spot cleaning done. I live about an hour away and when I showed up, they told me that there guy isn't scheduled to work on Thursdays. So I wasted my time, money, and my day of work for nothing.
