I have been purchasing and leasing cars from them for many years. In fact, every three years we lease a new one from them. I used to be satisfied, but this time they really pissed me off. I had orderd a new 2024 Buick Enclave in June, because we thought that it would take a long time before it came in. My Lease is up in January 2024. Well the car came in July. Randy Tennes told me he would hold the car until the lease was up. Well we decided we wanted to buy the car in September. I kept calling them and they wouldn't answer my calls. Come to find out that they sold my car! They still wouldn't tell me or return my calls, so we went to the lot on a Sunday to see if my car was still there, and sure enough it was gone. I even spoke to Mike Juneau himself and he said they would get back to me within 20 minutes, and still no phone call. Will never recommend them or do business with them again! More
