Meaningless review process We visited the dealership primarily because we wanted to take advantage of the Costco discount process and as former Mazda owners. E interacted with s We visited the dealership primarily because we wanted to take advantage of the Costco discount process and as former Mazda owners. E interacted with several. Staff members and most did their jobs very well. We then get a survey to rate those people using a totally unrealistic and quite frankly demeaning system. Either they get a 10 meaning the can walk several feet above open water without getting their feet wet or we have to throw them under the bus. The people we worked with did there jobs well, the management of Luther, however, does not get as good a score. We don’t appreciate being used like that. More
