Terrible Customer Service I went to the dealership to buy back a 2014 Maxima that I had leased for the last three years. I had arranged for financing with my credit union so I I went to the dealership to buy back a 2014 Maxima that I had leased for the last three years. I had arranged for financing with my credit union so I needed a bill os sake for the bank. When Andy wrote up the purchase he added “Total Protection Coverage” without asking me or discussing it. When I returned to pay for the car two days later I asked to have it removed. Two and a half hours later the amended bill of sale was completed along with DMV forms. I picked out, test drove, negotiated and purchased my BMW in half that time. No one takes responsibility and apparently if your not buying a new car from them they don’t care about you. The thing is I have leased three cars from them over the years. Now I wouldn’t step foot in that dealership and will not recommend them. More
