Our salesman was very friendly and helpful with our sale of the Honda Odessey we purchased. The process was relatively simple and they were informative with the process. However I do not think we got a fair of the Honda Odessey we purchased. The process was relatively simple and they were informative with the process. However I do not think we got a fair trade in price; since a week later they jacked up my car for 11k for a 2k trade in. Just be aware of what you car is worth going in. We knew but they weren’t good about negotiating. We drove almost 90 miles So didn’t to deal with wasting our time. More
