I had gone to Toyota and offer for my trade in was really low and decided to leave. I stopped at Honda and Raul Alvarez was able to help me look for a car. Very patient and communicative. The experience I had working with Juan to get my 2024 Passport was excellent. Adalberto’s entire team made the whole experience stress-free. I’ve honestly never enjoyed the process of buying a car, which Passport was excellent. Adalberto’s entire team made the whole experience stress-free. I’ve honestly never enjoyed the process of buying a car, which is why the last time was back in 2007. I’m glad to say that is no longer the case. The location itself is somewhat hidden, but very nice and very well-kept. The staff was welcoming and friendly, even offering recommendations for passing the time and eating food before our appointment time. The vehicle itself is a beauty. The process was seamless. I’m glad that I decided to get a new car and I definitely walked away with my best car buying experience. All 10s. More

I returned to Honda Downtown because of Adam Barragan. At our first meeting, I found Adam to be an excellent communicator. He is smart and even better, intuitive. He clearly understands what is important and how to appropriately cut to the chase by breaking down the four or five "extra" options early-on. From that point in the purchase process, I was easily able to focus on the vehicle and make decisions accordingly. I walked away from three other dealerships before going to Downtown Honda. In each case, the sales rep was either aggressive or clearly disingenuous --or some other crafty/cunning version of it. Adam struck me as sincere and genuine; two of the most important traits that discerning people recognize. Lastly, it was clear to me that Adam enjoys people. He has a wonderful sense of humor that comes through in a gentle, likable way. You have a goldmine in Adam. If I had a business of my own, I'd work very hard to steal him from you! More

Ya no sé qué hacer, compré el carro con ustedes, y me pidieron que regresara para firmar otros papeles que no habían hecho bien el primero arreglo, luego se vencieron las placas y hasta ahora no me han s pidieron que regresara para firmar otros papeles que no habían hecho bien el primero arreglo, luego se vencieron las placas y hasta ahora no me han solucionado NADA, me moví a New Jersey y estoy tratando de comunicarme con el dealer y siempre uno y otro quedan hablando que van a resolver y NADIE resuelve nada. Sobre Raul, él está a poco tiempo de vendedor, busque ser comprensible con él, pero yo le llamo él me dice que me va a llamar otra vez para resolver la situación y NO RESUELVE NADA. Sinceramente estoy muy decepcionado por eso les escribo por aquí Si algún gerente me puede ayudar con las placas del carro las necesito, porque ya se vencieron las provisorias en 1• de diciembre de 2023 y la policía ya me paró para dar ticket y les expliqué que estoy tratando de arreglar eso.
