There are a lot of Jeep dealers in the Bay Area to buy a car from, this one is definitely NOT one of them. Honesty and being strait forward is not a quality here, they get you in the door with a lie. If you ever call and ask for a particular car they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to drive there even if it is not true. during negotiation of the car they will leave things out that may have had an impact in your decision, again honesty not big here. The sales person did not bother to deliver the car properly, he basically gave us the key and sent us on our way. I had bought many new cars before and usually the sales person spends 30-45 minutes explaining all the controls setting up the phone etc, not here once the get your money they could not care less. Do not buy here, I had a much better experience at the Jeep dealership in Walnut Creek, they were more honest and show they care to have a satisfied customer beyond the money. More

I have a very pleasant experience with the San Leandro dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed dealership and the purchase of a newer used 2018Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I had been looking the past year for a Pacifica when the dealership listed this vehicle for sale. It didn’t have the pictures yet, but it had everything I was looking for. Angel helped ASAP getting the information and photos I needed for this vehicle and everything ready for me to come to the dealership the next day to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle appeared to be in great condition much better than I expected with it being a seven-year-old vehicle. Angel and the other employees and owner that I spoke with were very nice and very helpful and explained everything in detail regarding the purchase and the financing. I was very impressed with the dealership and especially in the brand new inventory that they had on the lot. If I ever need to buy a new vehicle, this is where I’m going to check out first. I will be sure to tell anyone that ask about a dealership that I will definitely recommend this San Leandro dealership to check out. I appreciate everything everyone did and helping me to buy a newer used vehicle. More
