The only sour note with our experience was our encounter with internet sales manager Seth, who presented with a very abrasive and condescending tone. One needs to keep in mind that customers walk away with not only a vehicle purchased, but also with the overall salesman-customer encounter and lasting impression/experience, which even a long-term salesman like Seth did not keep in mind. However, Raul, who has less years in comparison, completely nurtured this concept, which helped to maintain our positive experience overall.
