Deceptive Unkept Promises Bought 2017 Certified Honda Accord Hybrid. No haggle purchase price was suppose to be $27,553. Sales tried to hide the additional cost of $2,500 when Bought 2017 Certified Honda Accord Hybrid. No haggle purchase price was suppose to be $27,553. Sales tried to hide the additional cost of $2,500 when closing the sale. High pressure and do it now or no deal. The finance person when asked where the original $27,553 was in purchase agreement said to my wife and I don't worry it's in there somewhere. After looking over that night we sent emails saying we needed to review because we did not agree with the bill of sale. We were going to return car and take our trade back. Fortunately Jeff Wagner the Business Manager and us were able to reach an agreement of the selling price of $27,553 if I took a reduction of $1,000 on my trade. We tried to make this an amicable friendly way to consummate the sale. However withthe purchase of the car came a maintenance booklet with coupons for lube oil filter, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. When asked when I would receive they said 2-3 weeks. After more than two months they are now saying that was not part of the deal. So as far as Iam concerned I would caution anyone thinking of going to this dealership to make sure you do not fall prey to their deceptive sales practices and unkept promises. More

I am 72 years old my wife is 69 and we have bought many cars in our lifetime but this was bar none the most pleasant experience we have ever had. I never once felt rushed or manipulated by any of Jenkins staff they were all outstanding. Shawn took all the time we required to show us all of the car features, & test drive it to be sure we were absolutely comfortable with their choice and price we were paying. Once again when my wife and I sat down with the financial associate, Raul Echeverria we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable he made us feel and how he explained every detail so we totally understood what we were signing. I know this review may sound a little over-the-top but honestly in 40+ years of making purchases I have never had a more pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire staff at Jenkins Honda well done guys and gals My hats off to the owner of Jenkins Honda you have really put together a great staff of people thanks again. More

Service to new car My first encounter with Jenkins was back in Oct. 2015, I was here looking at a home to purchase when the fuse that ran my Garmin Navigation blew. My first encounter with Jenkins was back in Oct. 2015, I was here looking at a home to purchase when the fuse that ran my Garmin Navigation blew. I took my 2010 Ridgeline to Jenkins to help me find where that fuse was and to help me replace it. The service department was fabulous!!!! They brought a man over to check it out right away. After a few minutes they found and replaced the fuse, allowing me to get back on the road for my 7 hour journey home. When I asked how much I owed them I was told, "Nothing, Please just consider us when you move here and need service." I just took my 2015 Civic in for an oil change and came home with a new 2017 CRV. So far we have had nothing but great service at Jenkins. More
