Mike Sofka gave us a call back on our inquiry and we met to view/test drive the vehicle. Mike was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He went over everything with us very professionally as we negotiated our trade in value and final cost of the CRV. It took a bit of negotiating with a person other than Mike, but we finally agreed to terms. Mike was excellent throughout our entire experience, he has followed up with us as he told us he would on a missing item and has made sure we were happy with everything about our purchase. Raul Echeverria handled all the purchase paperwork at the end and did very professionally and efficiently. More
