I experienced extreme customer satisfaction with my service to Jenkins Honda of Leesburg, Fl. I scheduled a service visit for an oil change and discussed the recommendation for additional fluids and fi service to Jenkins Honda of Leesburg, Fl. I scheduled a service visit for an oil change and discussed the recommendation for additional fluids and filters to be replaced, which I agreed to have performed. In addition to the service performed, I discussed purchasing four new tires for my car wirh Samantha and Michael. Their knowledge and professionalism led me to schedule a date for purchase and installation of four new tires in respect to my own schedule. I felt that my interaction with Jenkins Honda personnel Samantha and Michael was very helpful and respectful to me as a customer. I would most assuredly recommend Jenkins Honda to my friends and associates. More

Your dealership was excellent. I was there for service September 7, last week and women at the parts desk were helpful and friendly. When I went to pick up my car we decided to buy another Honda. Holiday rush Went to the dealership for our oil change and Vanessa told me that we should also get our spark plugs and some other 120,000mile maintenace checks do Went to the dealership for our oil change and Vanessa told me that we should also get our spark plugs and some other 120,000mile maintenace checks done. I explained that we were leaving for RI the next day so she was able to get everything taken care of that morning. We are new to Florida but have been using you since we were snowbirding several years ago. The service Techs are all very good and courteous. The waiting room with tv, donuts coffee and popcorn is very welcoming and comfortable if you need to wait for a few hours. More

Just bought our 2nd car here...And a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jeff Thompson for all his help and expertise!!! Jeff's knowledge and professionalism actually made buying our cars FUN!!! Jeff personally handled our transaction from the initial sale, financing and delivery of the vehicle!! He did it ALL!! Also...I don't want to leave out the Service Department here at Jenkins either...I have my cars regularly serviced here and they too do an EXCELLENT job!!! Super Quick & Well Done Recall! I was passing by this dealership during my work day and wanted to get a recall taken care of on a 2nd row seat in my Odyssey. I stopped in, they have I was passing by this dealership during my work day and wanted to get a recall taken care of on a 2nd row seat in my Odyssey. I stopped in, they have a Tech name Shazam who must be a Superhero because he got it done w/in minutes. I also talked with John Harbaugh a Sales Manager there at length (not the NFL Head Coach) and he was very engaging and informative about the Dealership. I was in and out of there faster than expected when I didn't even have an appointment. Well Done Jenkins Honda!!! More
