I guess you don't have to treat customers as the god, but for your business, it might not be a good idea you act like the god. A transaction is just a willingness of buy and sale, probably not a trick of math. If you say you did the math wrong and you're sorry, then you are unprofessional. Maybe learn a bit arithmetic? If you say you don't like your customer offered a price that's just $200 lower than your price, maybe you personality does NOT suit this job. More

He even gladly stayed well past closing to ensure we closed the deal and ensure my truck was detailed.
