A transaction is just a willingness of buy and sale, probably not a trick of math. If you say you did the math wrong and you're sorry, then you are unprofessional. Maybe learn a bit arithmetic? If you say you don't like your customer offered a price that's just $200 lower than your price, maybe you personality does NOT suit this job. More

Why, now, for the second time, do I feel degraded when I leave this dealership? Because the sales staff (and presumably management,) try and give you the shaft in every interaction, at every turn. The undercut your 'trade-in' they ALWAYS say they will get you the best deal but have NEVER given me anything other than FULL RETAIL. Here is the interesting thing, from the expression on the sales person's face, they don't even believe the crap they are spewing. More
