Most Excellent Experience we have had in a long time. Very Well Done Toyota of Santa Fe!!! We purchased a new Highlander online, over the phone, and in a different state, it was a fun experience. The Team here was very professional, and attentive to customers needs. Dale, product transport, was the only in person we met with on delivery of our vehicle. As a member of the Santa Fe team, he represented your dealership and Toyota very well. Please compliment your team on a job well done. I guess you don't have to treat customers as the god, but for your business, it might not be a good idea you act like the god. A transaction is just a willingness of buy and sale, probably not a trick of math. If you say you did the math wrong and you're sorry, then you are unprofessional. Maybe learn a bit arithmetic? If you say you don't like your customer offered a price that's just $200 lower than your price, maybe you personality does NOT suit this job. More
