Quick, easy and amazing service. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They came out and towed my car in late on a Friday night when they could have easily just told me to wait until the next day, and then anywhere else. Our car was inspected in Jan. We had yet another tire blowout in March and we’re told we needed three new tires at this time. ( Less then 3 months after inspection). This is my wife’s car. She could have blowout in March and we’re told we needed three new tires at this time. ( Less then 3 months after inspection). This is my wife’s car. She could have been seriously hurt. Not going to trust Thompson with our inspections in the future. More

Service does great job. All are great. They are ,friendly and knowledgeable. The scheduling people leave something to be desired. After I had already had my appointment the past Monday I received another tex and knowledgeable. The scheduling people leave something to be desired. I called Thompson BMW, to arrange a product recall 9plastic b-pillar cover) in my X1. While it wasn’t available yet, Dan Goldman promised to call as soon as it arrived. Sure enough, I got the call to 9plastic b-pillar cover) in my X1. While it wasn’t available yet, Dan Goldman promised to call as soon as it arrived. Sure enough, I got the call to bring my car in. Even better, I got a video clip texted to me by my BMW technician Allen Todd personally letting me what service work needed to be completed while it was in his care. WOW!!
