I would highly recommend Reed Jeep to anyone. Chris Jones was my salesman and he was always courteous and attentive to my questions. After I purchased my vehicle (used) I noticed several hail Chris Jones was my salesman and he was always courteous and attentive to my questions. I have a few people are Reed Jeep that need Recognized. Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to go when we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership. Unfortunately, at no fault to the dealer, on our way home we noticed the transmission had a shudder to it. Which made us very concerned and not sure if we wanted to keep the vehicle. We called first thing the next morning, and let them know our concerns, we took it back to them and they put us in a loaner vehicle while they looked into it. While it has been in service we have been working with Raul - Sales Manager, Greg the Service Manager and Frank the Service Advisor. They have all been fantastic at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions I have had. Frank has called and sent messages with each update, I truly appreciated knowing what was going on each day. The Vehicle needed a transmission to resolve its issue. They got it approved with Zurich to have it replaced and I should have my vehicle back within the next week. (So process is taking a little less than 2 weeks - Not bad considering what the vehicle needs). So 10/10 Recommend the Sales Department and Service Department for any vehicle needs. Thank you again. Dishonest The sales person was nice but the dealership is dishonest. We purchased a used car from them, that was advertised as "non-smoking". When I first looked at the car it was very cold and I couldnt smell anything. The day of purchase we started noticing an old smoke smell. As the day got warmer, the smoke smell got stronger and stronger. It was clear that the car WAS smoked in. I dont know if it was by a previous owner or by a dealership employee. We immediately contacted the dealership. They stated that "there is no return policy on a used car". The sales manager also stated "they didnt need to do anything because we purchased the car" My advice to you is DONT BUY a car from this dealership. Reed Jeep is dishonest, reminding us why Car Salesmen are disliked and not trusted. The positive reviews are not reflective of my experience with Reed Jeep. More
