Raul was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, answering all of my questions and helping me find the right truck for my needs. When it came time to complete the paperwork, the process was surprisingly quick and efficient. One thing I especially appreciated was that Raul handled everything himself—I wasn't passed off to a separate finance manager, which made the experience much more straightforward and enjoyable. The truck was delivered exactly as promised, and the entire transaction exceeded my expectations. Vehicle was a “good” price but I feel like there was little to no concession from the dealership.
