I was told that the free oil change coupon I had for a bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given bad experience which left me with no car for a whole week because they kept calling someone else to pick the car up was not good anymore. I was given 4 of them to make it right and to return to give them another chance but when I returned they told me they could give me an oil change for $80 which is the regular price. Very disappointing and will not return. More

I arrived (third car) line at 8:15 am for 8:30am appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. I was not told by anyone that I had to check-in again inside, after the outside employee c appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. I was not told by anyone that I had to check-in again inside, after the outside employee checked my vehicle in. After his write-up, he said leave the key in the car, so I proceeded to the lounge. If my wife had not checked to see what the hold was up and why was our truck still sitting in line while others were being serviced I was told "they didn't know whose vehicle it was and that I was suppose to go to the counter inside service area".
