Excellent & Smooth experience Ravi Gowda is an excellent sales person! Went in twice. First time to look at a Civic Hatchback. I expected a high pressure sales pitch, but instead Ravi Gowda is an excellent sales person! Went in twice. First time to look at a Civic Hatchback. I expected a high pressure sales pitch, but instead Ravi asked me what I was looking for & showed me some options. He let me test drive a Hatchback. Loved it, but wasn’t ready to buy yet. No arm twisting or high pitched selling. I was impressed indeed! I did come back to him because I trusted him now. He worked with me and I left very happy with the experience which included other people dealing with auto coverage & financing. All were very nice courteous folks.
