The staff was friendly and courteous in the service department and offered for us to go wait in the waiting area which is out front. While out there we met one of the salesman and the sales manager and decided to take a walk through the lot. Found a car that we loved We took it for a test ride and ended out working a great deal with the salesman and the sales manager. One that was good for both parties. They wanted to finish a thorough cleaning and preparation of the car for us. So we ended up leaving without it, and they had a driver bring it to our house in Harrison an hour and a half away. That was the most awesome thing going. All of our staff was knowledgeable and courteous which helped in the decision making process to buy a car at Key Acura of Portsmouth. It was a great experience.
