It was a horrible experience. My husband and I told Ray and Sabrina that we needed to be in and out quickly to purchase this car, as I had just given birth and we were coming in w My husband and I told Ray and Sabrina that we needed to be in and out quickly to purchase this car, as I had just given birth and we were coming in with a one-week-old baby. Your technician team damaged the side panel window while cleaning the car, leaving several scratches. We waited at the showroom for more than half an hour for Sabrina to deliver the car. After that time passed, she realized she couldn’t remove the scratches and still drove the car to us, trying to convince us to accept a damaged vehicle we had just purchased. How unreasonable is that — that your salesperson would try to convince us to take a damaged car? She then spoke with Ray, who said the window part would be replaced for us. The part arrived today, and my husband drove all the way there, only to find out that the replacement part was damaged during shipment. This is completely unacceptable. It shows how unprepared and unprofessional your team has been. We’ve lost so much time because of this. More

Initially upon arriving the manager said he would "hook me up", his words. Sales person was great but I had a few questions and wanted to negotiate pricing and color. The people next to me were negotiating so I figured I should too. The manager didn't like that and told me to leave. He didn't need me. As he walked away he scoffed and said things under his voice. Not professional at all! This is not what I would expect from a car dealership. Everyone negotiates!!! The store manager called me back in as I was leaving. I eventually made a deal but not want I wanted or color I wanted. I was made to feel like the bad guy. I would not come back because of this interaction. In hindsight I should've left and not gone through with the deal. It's a shame because everything else was simple. This could've been a 5 star review. More
