Steve Ageloff in the Finance department also helped to close the deal. And finally, I can't say enough about the great service that I've received on my Ford vehicles over the years. This was the easiest transaction I have had in 40 years of car buying. I was treated respectfully by all the staff I met and the transaction required the minimum of haggling. The other four increased their part-exchange price significantly to match Koons Baltimore only when they understood I had a better offer. I chose to go with Koons as they were "upfront". More

I had a 2005 Acura MDX and decided to give Ford a try and so far am pleased with the product.
