Ms. Taylor's professionalism, attitude and her willingness and ability to answer my questions was the first step of my great car buying experience at Koons. I am a firm believer, the first contact of a business will either bring you clients/customers or deter them. I have purchased many cars and I don't recall being so at ease with the process. When I walked through the door, Ms. Taylor greeted me with a smile. Ray Baldwin, my sales consultant, a soft spoken and well mannered guy was right there. He introduced himself. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I continued to be impressed after talking with him. We talked as though we had known each other for years. Not only did Ray listened, he heard and understood what I wanted. He explained the process step by step, answering any other questions that I had. I felt really comfort with him and the sincerity of what he was saying. Not like previous experiences, where I had some reservations about the truthfulness of what the sales person was dishing out. I must say, everyone was so so friendly, it was unbelieveable, everyone spoke to me. That brings me to Jimmy Lowry, the finance director. Extremely nice guy, I think he spoke to me everytime he saw me,inquiring if I needed anything, making sure I was comfortable. Even though he walked at swift pace, he acknowledge me everytime he saw me. While I think I had a special case, the Koons Team worked it out in my favor. I had butterflies about the whole thing, but in the end, I did not have to settle for a vechile that I did not want or like. I drove off the lot with a smile on face the size of Texas, I could not believe it was possible. The saying "We're Gonna Wow Ya", they did. There was no intimidation and no shell games. I would recommend Koons of Baltimore to anyone that is in market for a new car, and a great experience. Mr. Koons should be proud of the team at this dealership. They over delivered!!!!! Thanks guys, you're the best!!!!! More

I recently bought two cars within one month, each from different dealerships. Koons Baltimore Ford and Ray Baldwin were hands-down the best to deal with. It was a no pressure sale with nothing but help an different dealerships. Koons Baltimore Ford and Ray Baldwin were hands-down the best to deal with. It was a no pressure sale with nothing but help and advice offered at every step. I felt the deal was fair, and the car (a Fusion hybrid) is superb. My other new car is an import, bought for good reasons, yet overall the Ford is more impressive and by far more user-friendly. On top of that, I've been getting nearly 50 mpg on the highway! When I got a small chip on the door, the dealership mailed me a paint repair kit at no charge - they also sent my plates to me since I live nearly an hour away. Ray is without question the most customer friendly sales person I have dealt with. I definitely recommend Koons of Baltimore, the Fusion hybrid and Ray Baldwin. More

Worked back and forth for a while with the dealer on my trade and a new vehicle. When it looked like we would not be able to make the deal due to a difference in price, Alona Holland reminded me of the reb trade and a new vehicle. When it looked like we would not be able to make the deal due to a difference in price, Alona Holland reminded me of the rebate on tax for my trade in, which more than brought the deal together. Working with Ray Baldwin (Sales) was a pleasure, the customer services team (especially Alona) made it a great experience also, she really looked after me. When I went to the dealer and into the finance office Jimmy was great, really friendly and helpful. He ensured I understood everything that was going on and every itemized charge (almost to a fault). I would suggest them to anyone, and will go back there first the next time I'm looking for another truck. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership, the reception staff as well as all the employes in the showroom exhibited a true friendliness and camaraderie with each other. I knew if they treated ea reception staff as well as all the employes in the showroom exhibited a true friendliness and camaraderie with each other. I knew if they treated each other this way, I was in for a smooth process. I was right. This team is well oiled and knows how to keep the customer happy. It's not about cold drinks, coffee or donuts...it's about treating people with respect, honesty and listening to the customer. I had a wonderful experience here. There is a closer dealer to my home in Owings Mills, and I tried to give them my business, but the arrogance and inflexibility of that dealer pointed me right to Koons - and I will never look elsewhere when buying a Ford again! More

Was shopping around many Ford dealers in the Baltimore/Washington Area for a New Ford Focus. I got the least run-around and game playing from Koons. Visited Apple Ford but had (yet another) Baltimore/Washington Area for a New Ford Focus. I got the least run-around and game playing from Koons. Visited Apple Ford but had (yet another) poor shopping experience with Apple (Bait & switch, pushy/Arrogant salesperson and sales manager, lied about rebates and price). Went to Koons afterwards and Raymond was very curteous and relaxed throughout the negotiating process. Bought the car soon after getting some great rebates. A few months later, was replacing another car and shopped around a few different Ford dealers. Again, Koons was the most helpful. Other dealers were curteous also, however Nick Constantine at Koons was the only Salesperson who followed up with me after my initial visit and was not at all pushy. I traded a vehicle in and even recieved a loaner for a few days while my car was being Prepped. Hit Koons of Baltimore if your in the market, I am not sure of other Koons More
