Perfect Transaction & Customer For Life!!! I then found one at another dealer, told them what i wanted and i didn't even get a follow up call after waiting over 3 days!!! I then found the right truck in stock at Landers McLarty Dodge and called and spoke to Ray Horne. I told him what truck I wanted, he told me the discounted price, gave me a great deal for my trade and was able to negotiate the deal in about 10 MINUTES!!! That is how it should be!!! I have bought over 30 cars in my lifetime and this is BY FAR the best and easiest experience i have ever had. Thank you again Ray, you are an asset to this company. Exceptional effort from a car salesman Brandon Allen--who is only 24 years old--did an exceptional job for us in helping us buy a 2010 Mercedes C300 yesterday. Brandon actually went to the Brandon Allen--who is only 24 years old--did an exceptional job for us in helping us buy a 2010 Mercedes C300 yesterday. Brandon actually went to the companion dealerships across the street to get this car for us, and was helpful and entertaining throughout the rather lengthy buying process. His sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating--can't recall his name, tho--maybe Ray? This is a no-pressure dealership--they HELP you rather than trying to force you to buy. We did wind up waiting over an hour after the deal was done to see the finance manager, but I guess that's a sign of a successful dealership. Only real negative was we found out last minute that there was only one key for the Benz, and buying one will cost over $275. Minor on a deal of $19K but still I wish we had known that up front. More

Trying to take advantage of a 100% disabled Vet This dealer was caught off guard with me oweing less than they expected so they raised the price back to the sticker price. What should of been a easy in and out like normal turned into a bloody mess. I buy a new car every 3 years so I'm not a chump like they thought I was and the Sales man Anthoney brought the new PO for me to sign and couldn't look me in the face. He placed the copy on the desk looking at the ground and started acting odd because he knew what they were trying to do. I asked for prior copies and the ones I was handed were reprinted. They stapled the packet together and that sheet didn't have holes in it. They gave me 21k for a trade in KBB 24-26k. I know the tailgate needed repair ( new one painted to match 500 on eBay, just hit a rock on the road that busted a rim and damaged the lower a arm a 100.00 part at peepboys. Add there over cost but discounted rate of prob 25$ compared to 80$ an hour of labor ahh let's say an hour on putting on the tailgate and 3 hours on lower A Arm so 700 for repair. Is 700 bucks really 7-9k loss in trade in? They all should be made to take ethics classes then maybe they might not try so hard to screw over a repeat customer to Dodge. Might be a Chevy now to be honest. Never in my car buying life time since the age of 19. This establishment should be on the Bar list from The Post Commander. I really feel so strongly about this I'll be contacting G-2 on there practices towards military retirees I'm sure they try it on naïve Privates getting a check and want to spend it. Take your military a. $$ to Athens. More
