Ray first of all made sure we were comfortable with him as our salesman. He went and found the vehicle we wanted and drove it to the front of the dealership instead of dragging us all around the lot. I am handicapped so I really appreciate that. He answered all of our questions and during the wait times he kept checking on us to make we were ok. Ray is a man of integrity and we will do business with Reed-Lallier and Ray Johnson again and will recommend you all to our friends and family. Just want to add that the young man over the finance department was very good with us also and explained a lot of thungs that we had mis-information on , given to us by another salesman. More

Only was given one key and remote fob for purchased vehicle, but turned in three keys form trade in. Great help with transfer of property from one vehicle to another. Did not notice damage to right rear guarder panel until vehicle detailed and delivered. Was shown vehicle not in accident, but had the damage. Told to bring back to see if some of it could be fixed.
