The staff was very friendly. I actually went in to buy a mirror for my old truck and I ended up trading in my truck to get a new one. I had been in the market looking for a new one but I had not found anyth mirror for my old truck and I ended up trading in my truck to get a new one. I've had been looking for a vehicle for a while but I just had not seen anything I liked. I actually went into the dealership to buy a mirror for my old truck and as I was looking around our car salesman just had not seen anything I liked. I actually went into the dealership to buy a mirror for my old truck and as I was looking around our car salesman was actually able to show me Toyota tundra that I liked and before I knew it I was test driving it and starting up some paperwork to purchase it. I absolutely love the truck and the service that the dealership provided. More

I came in to take advantage of the big rebates on new Silverados so I'd break even on my trade. Even though I didn't qualify for a few of the rebates, Ray still found a way to get me in one of the two tr Silverados so I'd break even on my trade. Even though I didn't qualify for a few of the rebates, Ray still found a way to get me in one of the two trucks I really liked. The dealership actually paid about $50 for me to drive the truck home. Once we had a deal worked out, everyone explained each document requiring a signature and were very thorough on delivery to make sure I knew how to use all the features of my first brand new truck. More

OMG! I had an awesome experience at Reed-Lallier Chervrolet. My sales person Ray Johnson was the best ever. Ray help me to drive off the lot in a beautiful chevy malibu and I was and still in shock, Chervrolet. My sales person Ray Johnson was the best ever. I initially went there to price Camaro convertibles. I spoke with on sales person that I was not very impressed with. I came back a few days later and he was busy with someone else so I got to work with R spoke with on sales person that I was not very impressed with. I came back a few days later and he was busy with someone else so I got to work with Ray Johnson. I work in the Army in a field that required not only interpersonal skills, but also the ability to recognize those skills in others. Ray was just a great guy. Yes, he is a salesperson and is there to make a profit, but the next time I go there, i will refuse to work with anyone else. He was very honest and straight forward. I felt that he felt obligated to be as transparent as possible and because of that I was happy for him to make some money off of my purchase. If you are looking to buy a car and you know you are going to need to go through a sales person, i strongly recommend that you work with Ray. I think most people with feel at peace with him and you wont feel like you need to take a shower after your done. Good job Ray, thanks for your help. I will look for you next time I want to buy a car. More

The three gentlemen that we had tonight were very helpful and nice. Even though we were there after they closed they were still friendly and helpful I never felt rushed the whole time I was there.They were w and nice. I'm glad we came to Reed-Lallier Chevrolet most people at dealerships are really pushy an they only say what they recommend the people here never did that it was all about us an what we wanted an needed. Ray Johnson made a difference in where I chose to buy. I meet him for the first time on the lot and liked his approach. I was looking for a car for my child. I like Chevy vehicles. After looking at several models and being approached by a lot of salesman. Ray Johnson struck me as I person that's willing to hear payment concerns and how it impacts my budget. A car is a major investment for me and I like to know and feel the salesman cares after the deal. I believe Ray is concerned about how he presents himself and your dealership. I want a newer model truck and would visit your dealership again and would enjoy dealing with Ray. Your dealership has a great worker and your dealership is clean and neat. All the employees were nice and very professional. My daughter cried when she realized, she was getting a Cruze that meant a lot to me, to make her that happy, but Ray gets some credit to. My husband and I had a very good experience today buying our new car. We had not planned to make a purchase today but after spending time talking and test driving cars we decided that we should go ahead and our new car. Ray took so much time with us trying to help us get the best deal possible. He stayed longer at work than most would have done to make sure we were happy with all aspects of our purchase.
