BEN … was AMAZING from start to finish. I purchased my daughter her first vehicle for her 16th birthday. We originally had chosen a used car for her but an unexpected issue arose within jus I purchased my daughter her first vehicle for her 16th birthday. I text Ben unaware it was his day off and he was on top of it immediately. The service dept/ sales managers/ finance team assisted us above and beyond any type of customer service I have ever experienced. They arranged for loaner vehicle and brought it from St. Augustine to Yulee , while we made the decision to move forward will purchasing her a new car. Ben drove all the way from St. Augustine to my home to finish the sale and paperwork. The communication, value for my time and compassion/ understanding that daughter’s safety was priority to me was more then I could asked for. The best car buying experience I have received!!! More
