I bought a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve there. The salesman was great, so this is not a review about the sales. This is about what happened after. I paid for a lien to be placed on the title as I did financing through my private lender, and the title came directly to me without the lien. I delivered the title to my lender, and now I am expected to pay a $87 lien fee to put the lien on it. I tried calling Motorworld to get them to fix this issue that they caused due to someone in their business office failing to rectify the situation. I called the Finance manager 4x and left voicemails, and I called the Brand Manager 2x and left voicemails each time with no call back. The credit union has called as well, with no call back. Totally unprofessional. I'd stay away from this dealership. More

We recently purchased a Jeep through Ray Novak. I went back and forth with him for a couple weeks asking questions before ultimately deciding to purchase. Ray was very easy to work with. He ans I went back and forth with him for a couple weeks asking questions before ultimately deciding to purchase. Ray was very easy to work with. He answered any questions that we had, and let us know that he was just a phone call away if we had any other questions, while never coming across as pushy or direct. As soon as our Jeep arrived, he called me and asked when we would like to come and pick it up. Upon arriving at the dealership, he came out and greeted my family. He introduced us to Jack Coen (Sales) and Rick Kester (Finance) who assisted in the process. Rick went over different finance options with us, and never tried to pressure us one way or another. In the end, Jack and Ray came out and went over the different options and features of the Jeep, taking the time to show us how certain features worked. They seemed genuinely happy and excited for us. All three guys were professional, but more importantly, they were friendly and down to earth people. I would highly recommend these guys for your next purchase, and I know that we will be returning to them for our next purchase as well. More
