I called multiple dealerships, I had a price point I wanted, but more than anything. Been with Norm Reeves since the mid 90’s always great service so not sure what changed. My car was running smoothly just needed an oil change. Heard knocking one day checked the oil and it was on the bottom hash marks of the dipstick. Sent a text message about the issue. Never heard back. It looks like I’m going to do an emergency oil and filter change tomorrow. More
