Appointment system totally inadequate. I waited 30 minutes just to check in. A 2.5 hour fuel pump change took 4 hours. I waited another 30 minutes for my car because my rep was on the phone. Appointment was made easily. Service representative Ray Taylor was available upon my arrival to check my vehicle in and review my service records. Always excellent service from a great group of professionals in the service department! Ray was really helpful and the driver of the shuttle very nice explaining that everyone at the service depa professionals in the service department!
