My experience at Tustin Lexus for extensive maintenance and repairs on my 2016 nx200t was a great experience, thanks to Steve Rivera, who made the process very easy and without stress. One aspect I truly appreciated was the honest approach—there was no pressure to proceed with repairs that weren’t necessary, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer-first mindset. However, the estimated waiting time for service was longer than originally communicated, which was a bit frustrating.
Despite this minor inconvenience, the professionalism and efficiency of the service team made for a good experience overall. I’d certainly consider returning for future maintenance needs.
