I just bought a new lexus from Tustin lexus. Dealership staffs are friendly and helpful, especially my salesman Jaime Martinez, he was welcome me from first time we met. Unlike other lexus Deal Dealership staffs are friendly and helpful, especially my salesman Jaime Martinez, he was welcome me from first time we met. Unlike other lexus Dealership salesman didn't even say hi to me when I walked around to see the car just because I dressed very simple and drove an old car. He went out his way to help and explain and answer all my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to come to this Dealership. I gave 4 stars because they did not buy back my trade in car $3000 as promised but tried to put down the buy back price to $2500. I know that my car worth more than that and they will make more money from my car. More
