We had a blowout on a tire that had only 3000 miles on it. Joseph took very good care of us. He called our Modesto dealership and got the invoice to contact Bridgestone. Car drives well still after 10K miles and regular service. Service advisor Derek K. and Steve R. have also been great and helpful. Service experience overall was extremely poor however, with it tak service. Service advisor Derek K. and Steve R. have also been great and helpful. Service experience overall was extremely poor however, with it taking around 4 hours of phone calls and 5 months of waiting to get a key replacement under warranty due to the service and parts members as Tustin Lexus not reaching out to me to follow up on these issues. My first appointment to replace the key, the parts department was not informed that they had to order parts even though I was told an invoice had already been sent from corporate, so I went home empty handed. It took me telling them to directly contact the service manager who I had to reference by name to get them to actually order the keys. At the end of the day it felt like the level of service provided by a luxury brand was not up to my expectations. More
