I was in for a 7am oil change. I arrived about 6:50 and was met and greeted immediately and my truck was pulled into the shop about 7:05am. About 10 minutes later I received a tex I arrived about 6:50 and was met and greeted immediately and my truck was pulled into the shop about 7:05am. About 10 minutes later I received a text message video showing the undercarriage of my truck and indicating no problems noticed. Then a text video showing the engine compartment and my somewhat dirty air filter and the battery putting out slightly low voltage, both of which Rayann pointed out to me when my truck was done. No hard sell whatsoever and work completed in a very timely manner. Thank you. More
