I stopped in because I had an error code and the lady behind the desk was on the phone and another staff member put someone’s paperwork in front of me and told them that she would be with them as soon as behind the desk was on the phone and another staff member put someone’s paperwork in front of me and told them that she would be with them as soon as she finished the call. Anton Wallace burnt my starter out with my eyes pinned key down burnt my Selinoid for simple oil change Saturday spoke to service manager told me old car hung up the phone after I asked to speak to genera key down burnt my Selinoid for simple oil change Saturday spoke to service manager told me old car hung up the phone after I asked to speak to general manager cost me $239 to replace starter on Monday got stuck had to walk 5 miles home did not have my phone made complaint to Florida consumer affairs I think you are leasing people in purposely damage there fords to charge more money that’s what happed to me any idiot knows you do not keep cranking car if not starting burn starter kill battery i snatched keys from kid started it one turn unbelievable I did not complain at time because she started. Got three starts after leaving your dealership I hope to see you in court Eric larry 917-578-8277 only black person there and you damaged my truck I wonder if done on purpose More

I took my Ram 1500 in to get the oil changed. The service technician was also supposed to check all the fluid levels when conducting the inspections. After a few days, I noticed my truck was lea The service technician was also supposed to check all the fluid levels when conducting the inspections. After a few days, I noticed my truck was leaking some type of liquid on my driveway so I scheduled a time to take it back in. After checking all my fluid levels, I discovered that someone had put Stop Leak in my radiator. My radiator overflow looked like it had mud inside the reservoir and had absolutely NO fluid in it. I also got under the truck to inspect where the fluid was coming from. It appeared that oil was leaking from the oil plug. I took multiple pictures of this and where the oil filter was located to show the service advisor where the leak was coming from. I also advised that the leak was coming from the oil plug. After 5 hours of being in the shop, the service tech told the service advisor that the oil filter wasn’t tightened. That was NOT where the oil leak was coming from! Plus I had scheduled a coolant flush to get all Stop Leak out of my radiator. It was supposed to take 1.5 hours which turned into over 5 hours. The coolant still appeared dirty as I checked this Before I even left the dealership. Plus I checked my oil levels to ensure my truck had the correct level of oil. $186 later which included a shop charge of $19 for shop supplies ( which is supposedly included for every service). I am extremely disappointed in the service and extra charges I incurred taking my truck in to be serviced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership for ANY services!! Their services are Over priced and service is extremely lacking! I will Not be back! More
