While I arrived in Houston for my meeting, PJ had jumped into action, towed the Escape back to their shop and after careful inspection, called it. The vehicle that had been my agent of exploration for 15 years was DOA... a moment on silence please... Without hesitation, PJ introduced me to Raymond who listened to my budget requirements and helped me find the right car. Ray indulged my need to test drive a few more cars than I really needed to, and we quickly settled on the right car for my family, at this time in our journey, within our budget. While Ray prepared our car for delivery, Tammy produced the final paperwork which was organized and easy to understand. I need to give Tammy a thumbs up for being so patient while my wife and I passed our now hungry 18 month old between signatures. Overall, a great experience at Kisselback Ford, they really treated us well. Even Bobby took the time to meet us at the door when we arrived for our appointment. I have a lot of respect for owners and leaders who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. My next car will be purchased from Kisselback Ford. More

He was polite, I am one of those people that hates the car buying process. Infact, I’d rather go to the dentist- ha! But Ray was amazing to work with! He was polite, professional and all facts. At no point in the process, did I feel like he was just trying to convince me to buy a car. He generally wanted to make sure I liked it and it met all the requirements I listed. When we finally made the decision to buy, Dominica and Tammy also made the sale/financing portion bearable. I really appreciate how smooth everything was! My old Focus (which I purchased at CarMax) ended up having transmission problems. Joe in Service was so helpful and honest and referred me to Ray. Ray found me the perfect used car. Only one year old, one owner, and 2900 miles! Wow! As added bonus seats were changed out to leather at no additional cost, which caused a delay of just a couple of days before I could pick up the car so I was loaned an F-150 at no cost. Then Kim was amazing with getting us a great rate on financing. If it wouldn’t have been for their helpful service, I don’t think I would’ve ended up with a much better vehicle. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and would recommend Kisselback, both Sales and Service, to anyone. This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased from Kisselback (first was a Mustang) and they deliver the same great service time after time. More
