Wow! This was truly the easiest and best car-buying experience I have ever had! Ross was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond! He even drove an hour out of his way to pick us up from our hote experience I have ever had! Ross was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond! I found this truck online in Arizona and in less than 48 hours I was driving it off the lot in Florida, thanks to Ross and and the wonderful employees of Kisselback Ford. They seem to be in the business of long term relationships as I never once felt like they were trying to maximize their profits. Rather, an honest, up-front deal with all their cards in the table. The employees all seem to enjoy working there, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere, and zero high pressure tactics were used. Then, as an added nice little touch, when my truck was ready for me to drive away, every available employee in the showroom building (including the owner), walks out to shake your hand and give you a sincere thank you for your business.
