Raymond at Lexus of Manhattan helped us with an out of state purchase of a GX550 and got us exactly what we were looking for in an allocation 2 weeks after first contacting him. We were on multiple lists state purchase of a GX550 and got us exactly what we were looking for in an allocation 2 weeks after first contacting him. We were on multiple lists in our home state with dealerships and we never heard back from any of them. His attention to detail and making sure everything was what we wanted was top tier.
