I recently purchased a brand new car through Lexus of Manhattan. I have to say my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 deale Manhattan. I have to say my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 dealer locations in the NYC area. The people and service at Lexus was hands down the best experience. The Lexus of Manhattan dealership is beautiful by the way. The people there are very welcoming. I didn't have that experience in many of the dealerships I went into. My sales associate Raymond was so kind, patient and really listened to what I needed. I never felt pressured and was taken care of every step of the way. I was completely open to any brand but Lexus checked the boxes when it came to model style, features, price, overall longevity and service. I noticed that communication between the departments was very efficient. Sani, the manager, was always present. I was never left just waiting, trying to figure out what was happening. Everything was done very quickly. When the car that I was interested in was in storage, they moved it to the dealer location by the very next day. My buying process took a few days because I had a few things to work out. When Raymond was out for the day, Konstantinos took over and took care of us. He was so pleasant to work with. Nothing was stepped over; everything was explained from finalizing the buying process to explaining everything about the car to me before I left the lot. I had such a great experience working with Raymond and Konstantinos I would definitely buy another car from them in the future. Picked up a UX for my wife last week. Konstantine went above and beyond for us. He worked with my busy schedule and accommodated all my needs.
