Let me just start by saying that I sold cars for sevral years and owned a mortgage company. I know the biz and if I could own a dealership I would want it to be like Garcia Subaru. I started at the "other Subaru" in Abq who absolutely was giving me the run around in a very bad way, so I walked and called to GS and was there in 20 minutes. I was welcomed like I was a visiting dignitary. Dispite my less than stellar attitude, Ray treated me like a guest in his own home. His kind and gental nature emediatly put me at ease. The deal that I wanted was done in less than and hour and I was out about 3 hours. It was an extremely pleasurable experience. I now have some new family members. Thanks to my new brother Ray. More
