My son and I went there to get us a new car over the weekend and I was pretty nervous knowing how car dealerships can be sometimes. I got the pleasure of working with Pam and she was amazing!! I think we got there around 1130 and we were out by 3 o clock on a Saturday with our old car traded and driving off the lot in our new cross strek! She was so patient and really put me at east through the whole process. She really worked hard to make my deal work for me and she genuinely cared about our situation. First off Ben and Aubry are great. They worked hard and took great care of my wife and I when making a decision to purchase a Subaru Ascent. Ben kept in contact with me the entire time and Aubry had an open door policy if I needed any help or had questions. Torie was awesome. She made the entire process streamlined and simple. We didn't feel like we were tricked into anything extra and shr made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The staff is super friendly and amazing. Even when they are slammed they still took their time to make the process smooth snd great. I would recommend this dealer and their staff if your ever in the market for a new or used subaru. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet wrx forester. Maybe another time but the staff make even a long drive worth it. More

Ray Montes gets my vote for the BEST salesman by far at any dealership I've ever been to. His patience, knowledge and even temperament make you forget he is even a car salesman. Bad customer service Did not give time of day, and acted above her customers and even treated her workers worse in front of customers, talking down to them. Wont ever use this dealership again. Would not even come talk to me, they were too busy... the only person that seemed appropriate was the sales person. Guess they don’t like selling cars after all! Will never recommend to anyone I know to be treated like this! More
